Your rights
You keep every right in songs you write at the retreat; the captured terms take no licence over your work — the retreat page’s own FAQ, captured September 29, 2026.
The 2027 Nashville retreat runs twice at the same venue, Hachland Hill in Joelton, thirty minutes outside the city: March 15–19 and July 19–23, 2027. One page, one price, two dates — so one card. The date on it is the start of the March week; the July week stays bookable after that.
The price is a two-step ladder: $2,195 “through February 1st”, $2,495 after. The page gives no year for that cut-off; the only retreats it prices run in 2027, so the reading that fits is February 1, 2027 — six weeks before the March week — but the checkout is where the price actually applies. Four nights’ shared lodging and every meal are included; travel is not, and a single room is an upgrade on request. Each attendee leaves, per the page, with three co-written songs and a $150 credit towards a future retreat.
The rights answer is one sentence in the FAQ, and it is the whole answer: “You and your co-writers maintain 100% ownership of any songs you write at the retreat.” The cancellation policy is the part to read twice. There is no cash refund at any notice — payment converts to credit towards another Andrea Stolpe offering, on a sliding scale from 100% at ninety days out to 25% inside thirty.

Fee stacking
The price is tiered and rises as the date approaches. See the fee field for the published schedule.
Who can apply
Songwriters in any genre, 16 or older — under-18s need signed parental consent and a guardian within driving distance. Playing or singing is not required: “If you are primarily a top-liner, we’ll make sure you get paired with other writers with complementary skills.” The page describes each retreat as “intentionally small”.
What it costs
“$2,195 Early bird price, through February 1st - $ 2,495 after.” Includes retreat access, all masterclasses and the guest session, “4 nights / 5 days of shared accommodation with full catering”, co-writing sessions, feedback rounds and song shares. Excludes travel; private rooms are an upgrade subject to availability. Pay in full, in two payments, or on an interest-free plan. Captured September 29, 2026.
Your days
March 15–19 or July 19–23, 2027, at Hachland Hill, 5396 Rawlings Road, Joelton, Tennessee. Daily masterclasses, small-group feedback sessions, a guest seminar with an industry professional who is not named, co-writing sessions in pairs Andrea Stolpe assigns, optional morning yoga and evening writers-in-the-round. The page promises three finished co-writes and a $150 credit toward a future retreat.
Refunds
Credit, not cash: “While we do not offer refunds, your payment can be applied as a credit toward any future retreat or offering with Andrea” — 100% at 90+ days before the retreat, 75% at 60–89 days, 50% at 30–59 days, 25% inside 30 days.
Deadline
None published. The earlier week begins March 15, 2027 and the date on this card is that start date; the July 19–23 week remains open after it. The early-bird price ends February 1.
