It is the same five-day format as the host’s Nashville retreat, at the same price — and the price is in US dollars, so what it costs in kronor or euros moves with the exchange rate.
$2,195 “through February 1st”, $2,495 after; the page gives no year for the cut-off, and the retreat it prices runs in August 2027. Four nights’ shared lodging and every meal are included. Travel is not, and for most readers of this desk travel here is a transatlantic flight — worth adding before comparing it with anything priced in the same currency on this page.
The rights answer is the same one-sentence FAQ as the Nashville page: “You and your co-writers maintain 100% ownership of any songs you write at the retreat.” So is the cancellation policy — credit towards another offering, never cash, on a scale from 100% at ninety days out to 25% inside thirty.

Songwriters in any genre, 16 or older — under-18s need signed parental consent and a guardian within driving distance of the venue. Playing or singing is not required; top-liners are paired with writers with complementary skills. The page describes each retreat as “intentionally small”.
