Sync MasterCamp — three days writing to briefs.

Closes
October 20
five weeks
Entry
$749 per person
stated up front
Your week
Three days
three finished songs, written in groups of three
Your rights
You keep the copyrights; the camp’s songs are administered by PEN Music Group — programme page, captured August 2, 2026.
A heads-up: the programme page lists two things side by side: “Retain ownership of the copyrights”, and “Have your songs from the camp, represented and administered by PEN Music Group to enable one stop clearance and to maximize future sync opportunities worldwide.” Keeping ownership and handing administration to a third party are separate questions, and the page publishes no term, territory or split for that administration — so the second sentence is the one to ask about before you book.

A three-day virtual camp built around real sync briefs: “October 20th thru 22nd, 2026 ($749 per person)”, with masterclasses from faculty and visiting music supervisors, writing in groups of three, and three complete songs written and produced by the end of it. There is feedback from the supervisors, a virtual playback party and post-camp mentoring on the songs.

Two of the listed benefits belong together and are quoted in the heads-up above. Ownership stays with you. Administration of the songs written at the camp goes to PEN Music Group, and the page gives no term, no territory and no split for that arrangement — which is the question to put to the organizers, in writing, before the card is charged.

No registration deadline is published. The date on this card is the day the camp starts, which is the last moment it can be joined.

The record
Who can apply
Open registration — the page states no application or selection process, and writing happens in groups of three.
What it costs
“October 20th thru 22nd, 2026 ($749 per person)” — virtual, three days.
Your days
Master classes with faculty and visiting music supervisors, small-group writing sessions, three complete songs written and produced, supervisor and faculty feedback, a virtual playback party, and post-camp mentoring.
Rights, plainly
“Retain ownership of the copyrights.” Separately: “Have your songs from the camp, represented and administered by PEN Music Group to enable one stop clearance and to maximize future sync opportunities worldwide.” No term, territory, split or opt-out is stated for that administration on the captured page.
Deadline
None published. The camp runs October 20–22, 2026; the date on this card is the start date, not a stated registration cut-off.
